Hi, I'm Matt McNevin.

I've spent 35+ years inside Fortune 500 companies, family-owned businesses, manufacturers, retailers, hospitality organizations, and customer service teams, leading people, developing leaders, and cleaning up the kind of problems that don't show up on a spreadsheet until it's too late.

Here's what I noticed, over and over, no matter the industry: the companies that struggled weren't short on talent. They were short on translation. Older leaders managing the way they were taught. Younger talent walking out because nobody explained why things were done a certain way. Four generations—shaped by different experiences—working in the same building, but not always speaking the same language.
